Upon entering the hotel, we immediately felt relaxed and were pleasantly surprised by the nice treats and reasonably healthy quick breakfast options available all day, along with complimentary coffee, tea, fruit, and snacks. However, there was a noticeable smell in the room that seemed to come from the bathroom.
The hotel provides a very nice and large room with a flat-screen TV, though better lighting could improve the ambiance. Despite this, after settling in for about 30 minutes, I felt quite comfortable.
My stay at the Delta Hotel in Glenview was pleasant overall. The rooms facing the inner courtyard could use some updating, especially with the outdated TVs that had issues with channels. However, the service from the friendly and efficient front desk staff was top-notch, making me feel welcomed and valued. The location, while slightly secluded, was still convenient for accessing nearby stores and venues. The dining experience was satisfactory, with comfortable beds and a reasonably priced breakfast option for kids. The facilities provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
